What do I do if I forgot my password?

Click the “forgot password” link on the login screen and a copy of your password will be emailed to you.

General Usage

How do I access my logbook?

There are two ways to access your logbook. First is by clicking the navigation tab titled “Logbook” which is located at the top of the screen. Second is by clicking any of the station titles in the “program overview” section of the dashboard. These will take you to the corresponding logbook section.

Where is my ledger and how do I enter hours?

You can access your ledger by clicking the “record hours” button located in the blue title banner of the “program overview” section. To enter hours, click the box for the station which you want to enter hour for. The box will go blank and you may enter the number of hours which you worked. Next, click the box directly to the right of the box containing your hours worked. A drop down calendar will appear. You will need to click the date which you worked these hours. (FYI: the calendar will always default to the current day’s date.) Next click save.

How do I make a logbook entry?

There are two ways to post a logbook entry. First you can scroll to the bottom of the dashboard and click “post” in the blue title banner of the “your logbook entries” section. You may also click any of the station titles in the “program overview” section and then click “post” in the blue title banner of the “logbook entries” section to the right of the screen.

I found the logbook entry page but I still can’t get it to work. What should I do?

Make sure you have entered text in all the required fields (the ones with an *) and that you have selected a station from the pull down menu.

How do I create my profile?

You will need to click “edit profile” which is located directly above the “gallery” navigation tab. Next, you will need to enter any and all information you wish to be displayed in your profile ad select your privacy settings.

How can I start a forum?

The most effective way to begin a forum is to express your own or groups desire to your program coordinator or ART for an additional forum of a specific subject.

How do I access the forums?

You can access the forums by clicking the “forum” navigation tab.

How do I add a thread or comment to a forum?

You can accomplish either of these tasks by filling in the boxes at the bottom of the screen within the forum and then clicking “post”

How do I score an apprentice’s competencies for a station?

You will need to click the students name in your roster view and then click the station for which you want to score him/her. You will click “score competencies” and then chose the appropriate pull down tabs(s) and scores.
